What is your Return Policy?

BikeBerry.com allows returns on products that are in new condition (product has not been installed, fueled, started, or ridden) and are returned in the original packaging 30 days from the date of delivery. The return shipping, insurance, and tracking number are the responsibility of the buyer. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refunds processed will be applied to the original payment method used in the transaction or reimbursed via store credit. All returns must be approved and should be issued with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from BikeBerry. Please call 1-800-317-0479 or email: support@bikeberry.com to request an RMA number. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to refusal or charges will be applied under our Standard Return Policy.
